kitchen design. Time for somthing different or so my daughter tells me.......
Chilli and anchovie pasta (6 Jan 2010)
ingedients
1 packet
fresh spagetti pasta
500 g chicken breast
200 g fresh ham
stale bread ( for breadcrumbs)
small jar anchovies .
1 chillie
good olive oil
500ml sour cream
Chop up bread crumbs in whizz, then fry in good olive oil till nice and crisp and brown. Set aside.
Cut chicken into small strips and quickly fry in hot pan, set aside. Chop up chilli and fry in same pan alone with jar of anchovies until well mixed together with some olive oil. Add in chopped up ham and cooked chicken, heat and mix together. Add in olive oil and sour cream till nice creamy consistancey. Add in cooked spagetti and mix together well, add in additional olive oil or sour cream if necessary.
Serve onto a plate and top with fried breadcrumbs.
